Dwaejigogi-bokkeum (Spicy Stir-fried Pork) – I will actually be using a recipe from my new Maangchi cookbook (!!!) but this one is very similar.

Moroccan Lamb Chops – Made this a few times before, 30 Minute Meals is a great investment if you want quick recipes that aren’t too daunting.

Satay Chicken – Chose to go out for Malaysian instead of cooking this last wee, oops!

Sukiyaki – My aunty is coming for a lightning quick visit from Perth and this will be a fun meal to cook and eat together.

Buldak (Fire Chicken) – Still debating over the cheese but the rice cakes are happening fo sho.
