Bulgogi – We eat this with lots of Korean sides and condiments, you can make every mouthful different! Try it with Mu-pickle (Radish Pickles) and Kongjang (Soy Braised Soybeans).
Beef Chow Mein – Fresh egg noodles make this dish.
Jamie Burgers – This is the only burger we eat now, every element is important so no skimping!
BBQ Pork Fried Rice – Planning ahead with your rice is important, otherwise it turns into a bit of a mush-situation. I always add a few generous glugs of kecap manis because I can’t help myself.
Claypot Chicken Salad – I serve the chicken with rice, pickled carrot, cucumber, mint, coriander and nuoc cham.
