Weekly Menu Sunday 14th June 2015


Pulled Pork with Guacamole and Charred Spring Onion Dressing – Doing my regular pulled pork but with a few different sides. I’ll be serving it with chips and tortillas and everyone can do what they like with it all.

Gyudon – This is always my fallback dish when I have trouble thinking of dinner ideas.

Creamy Pasta – Don’t have a particular recipe, The Boyfriend just asked for something creamy (I’ll make it up on the night?).

Dak-bokkeumtang (Spicy Braised Chicken) with Kongjang (Soy Braised Soybeans) – This chicken stew looks so cosy and Maangchi’s videos always make me want to cook Korean. The soybeans are a little side dish to add variety.

Teriyaki Chicken – So good that we’re having it 2 weeks in a row. It’s even better served with some Japanese mayonnaise.
