Beijing Fried Sauce Noodles – Yuuuuuuuuuuum!

Carne Adovada – Pork shoulder is economical and delicious, I’ll be serving this in tortillas with guacamole.

Chicken Satay – I won’t be using this exact recipe but it’s pretty close.

Jae Yook Bokum – Ol’ faithful for something quick on a work night.

Duck Pizza – This one didn’t come to fruition last week but I have the smoked duck now and I’m ready to roll. It’ll go on a pizza with mozzarella, dried cherries, pomegranate syrup, caramelised onions and feta cheese.
