Weekly Menu Saturday 14th March 2015


Cornmeal Fried Pork Chops + Smashed Potatoes – Just ate this for dinner, absolutely beautiful. Add plenty of chives to the smashed potatoes.

Ricotta + Pea Pasta – A quick and tasty one, I have come to love peas with a passion.

Gyudon – This is going to be a regular, the effort to flavour ratio is off the charts. Hardly any effort, ALL the flavour!

Pita Bread Pizzas – We’ll be doing quick and easy pizzas with pita bread bases.

Duck Pizza – Then we’ll be doing fancy duck pizzas! Smoked duck, dried cherries, pomegranate syrup, goats cheese and caramelised onions.
