Weekly Menu Saturday 7th March 2015


Malaysian Wantan Mee – A little complicated but I think that I will spilt up the prep over a day or two.

General Tso’s Chicken – The crunchy cornflake coating in this recipe is what sold me.

Ham Sammiches – So good that we’re having them two weeks in a row. I loaded mine up with dijon mustard, honey, sharp cheese, chilli pickled onion, tomato, pepper, beetroot, grated carrot, green apple and ham on a parmesan and onion roll.

Duck Pizza – Smoked duck with mozzarella, dried cherries, pomegranate syrup and goats cheese, inspired by an episode of Diner’s, Drive Ins and Dives.

Satay Chicken – I’m using a recipe from a small Singaporean cookbook but this recipe is quite close.
