Weekly Menu Saturday 13th December 2014


Char Kway Teow – Flipping this one over from last week, I kept missing opportunities to buy the noodles (and we had takeaway twice…)

Steak with Pepper Sauce and Asparagus and Hazelnut Salad – Ditto.

Clay Pot Chicken Banh Mi – Going to cook up the chicken, crisp up the skins under the grill then stuff them in rolls with pickled carrots, cucumber, coriander and mayonnaise.

Summer Veg Lasagne with Tomato Salad – I’ve made this one before and the green vegetables with the mint and lemon makes it so much lighter than a traditional lasagne.
