Mexican Chicken with Guacamole – Haven’t had this for a while and it’s great for feeding heaps of people.

Char Kway Teow – So tasty we wanted it again.

Steak with Pepper Sauce and Asparagus and Hazelnut Salad – Trying a different sauce than Chimichurri for once.

Hamburgers – Cooking the patties Macca’s style (salt + pepper + MSG) then everyone can pile on whatever they want.

Phat Horapha Gai Sab – Another recipe that was so good we had to have it again.

Beer Braised Chicken Enchiladas with Grilled Corn and Avocado Salsa – How good do these enchiladas look?
