Pulled Pork Pizza with Apple and Fried Onion + Green Beans – I’m going to re-create a pizza from Artie & May that blew my mind, the green beans are just for a bit of foliage.

Pulled Pork Quesadillas with Grilled Corn and Avocado Salsa – Needed a recipe to use up all the pulled pork I’m going to have lying around.

Daging Berempah (Spiced Beef Stew) – Saw this recipe on one of my favourite blogs and knew it was a winner.

Silken Tofu in Chicken and Mushroom Sauce – Ditto (and silken tofu is BEST tofu).

Bulgogi Soup – Still trying to get this one juuust right, this time I bought some Korean beef stock to kick it up a notch.
