Chicken Souvlaki – No recipe, I just marinate chicken in a butt-tonn of garlic, oregano and lemon juice, cook it at high heat and serve it with pitas, hummus, tabbouleh, tomaters and red onion.
Sesame Chicken – Eating this one as I type, super easy and verrrrrrry tasty. The other bonus is that you only need one pan to do it in.
KL Hokkien Mee – The Boyfriend requested Hokkien noodles, so Hokkien noodles is what he gets.
Bulgogi Jungol – We have the marinated meat left in the freezer from last time and it’s always a nice excuse to eat all of the delicious little sides that go with Korean food.
