Chicken Braised with Chinese Mushrooms with Chinese Chicken Wings – The wings are a recipe from Exploring China, they are rubbed with five-spice powder and baked in the oven until crispy then tossed in the wok with ginger, garlic and spring onions.

Mexican Burgers – Beef burgers with tomato salsa, guacamole and spicy mayo.

Korean Burritos – Missed out on this last week which is why we have so much Mexican this week!

Taiwanese Fried Chicken Burgers with Sriracha and Coriander Slaw – Our favourite Taiwanese Fried Chicken stall has left us, so I’m giving it a go at home.

Chilli con Carne – When I can’t cook this ahead of time I use mince instead of brisket and it’s just as tasty. Remember to halve or quarter the recipe because the original serves 10-12.
