Beef with Ginger and Spring Onion – Simple and tasty.

Moo Pad Graprow – This old chestnut.

Enchiladas – The sauce is made from roasted pumpkin, just another way to get veggies into dinner.

Duck with Crunchy Noodle Salad – I still have so many crunchy noodles in my cupboard and the salad will go with duck breasts rubbed with five-spice powder and pan seared.
