Felafel with Garlic Tahini Yoghurt – The last time I tried this my food processor pooped itself halfway through chopping the chickpeas so the felafel fell apart a bit when I tried to cook them. Second time lucky?
Bibimbap – We love this Korean dish so much that we invested in the traditional stone bowls to cook it in. If you’re not that dedicated (obsessed) then make one big batch in a large saucepan, just make sure to let the rice get all crispy on the bottom before mixing it up.
Zucchini Lasagna – I’ll be putting mince in the sauce for a certain individual who doesn’t believe that it counts as dinner unless meat is present.
Vietnamese Grilled Chicken Salad – The recipe is for pork but I will be using chicken instead. I haven’t decided yet if I will do it on the BBQ or with a griddle pan.
